At the citrus shop, the visitor can attend the production of the sweets such as delights and marzipans with different citrus flavors. The list of products also includes conserves and marmelades with orange, tangerine, lemon flavors, ypovryhio (local sweet product) etc.

Squid Ink & Saffron – Orange grind Tagliatelle, with a Seafood ragout

Heat a medium-sized pan over high heat, add mussels, onions & wine, cover & cook for 2-3 min. shaking the pan 2-3 times, until muscles have just opened. Remove from fire & keep aside.

Toss the squid in the flour. Heat a large frying pan over high heat, add 3 tbsp of the oil and fry the mussels, adding the chilli, for about 1min.

Combine squid with mussels & in the pan add the rest of the oil and sauté the tomatoes.

When they start to drizzle, add the prawns & herbs.  

Toss briefly until the prawns are heated through. Boil & drain pasta.

Mix all ingredients together & serve immediately.

Ζυμαρικό με σπανάκι, τομάτα,  κρόκο και πορτοκάλι σερβιρισμένο με γαρίδες

Στο ελαιόλαδο, ροδίζουμε, ελάχιστα από κάθε πλευρά τις γαρίδες.

Προσθέτουμε τον μαϊντανό , ανακατεύουμε και σβήνουμε με το ούζο.

Σιγοβράζουμε για 1 λεπτό μόνο, αφαιρούμε τις γαρίδες, σβήνουμε την φωτιά και στο ούζο που έχει μείνει στο τηγάνι αναλύουμε το τυρί.

Βράζουμε και σουρώνουμε τα ζυμαρικά, τα ανακατεύουμε με την σάλτσα και τις γαρίδες και μπόλικο φρεσκοαλεσμένο...
