The human element is the most vibrant body of Citrus and the driving force behind it. Nowadays Citrus occupies a number of ten people responsible for:

• the production process and the processing of citrus fruits

• the marketing of the two outlets and the general promotion

• the support of the exhibition area by providing services of conducted tour and operating the small coffee shop

• the development of educational programs throughout the year.

Moreover, the staff is supported by more associates, especially during the summer months, to organize events.
